Last week was Prime Day. It was before the big Christmas sales days and honestly we didn’t take it too seriously. We did the essential things that need to be done during these dates, which in the end is about choosing products and discounts, but we didn’t have high expectations.

Looking back, I wonder why. Why wouldn’t a Prime Day generate good results? When had it disappointed us before to think this way?

Not reviewing products in detail: we have surely lost sales opportunities by not reviewing products in detail as we have done on the last few occasions. We have changed our routine for this important sales day without having any reason to do so.

What we’ve learned (even though we already knew it)
